Vietnam, China strengthen postal cooperation

The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) and China’s national postal administration signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on postal cooperation in Hanoi on September 10.
 
The MoU, agreed upon during a meeting between MIC Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Hong and China’s national postal administration Vice Director Xing Xiaojang, allows both sides to increase delegation exchanges at all levels in order to learn from each other’s experience and update respective information.
 
They will assist each other in training and improving general capacity while enhancing mutual support as well as encouraging and backing postal enterprises to meet and seek partnerships.
 
During the meeting, the two sides also reviewed postal collaboration in recent years.
 
The Chinese official is on a working visit from September 9-12.
