My Tho City is recognized as the urban first grade under provincial government

The Prime Minister has approved a decision recognising My Tho city as a first-grade urban area under the province’s management.

My Tho is the provincial urban of Tien Giang province with a history of over 300 years of development. Since being recognized as the second-grade urban in 2005, My Tho city has been continuously invested in infrastructure development and social.

The urban face has been increasingly innovated towards civilization, modern economic life, culture and spirit of people in the city is increasingly raised.
