At the conference, delegates were heard new regulations in the Law on Social Insurance Health Insurance 2014 and the Law on Social Insurance Health Insurance amended by Deputy Director of the Media Center of the Vietnam Social Insurance Nguyen Duc Toan.

In addition, delegates also were trained in basic skills at writing propaganda news, oral communication skills and methods of organizing propaganda in the form of dialogue, collaboration communication with press agencies, grassroots communication systems, website, etc... to the audience participation and voluntary social insurance household insurance.

The conference lasts three days, from July 18 to July 20, 2016.
