Youth of General Department of Police organize contest "Golden Bell Challenge"

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the General Department of Police under the Ministry of Public Security, organized a contest "Golden Bell Challenge" at the middle of September to learn about resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Lieutenant General Tran Van Ve, Deputy Head of the General Department of Police, emphasized that this is a useful playground to help officials and soldiers, and youth union members better understand the guidelines and policies of the Party, State and the Ministry of Public Security, especially, the knowledge in the fight against crime and in ensuring social order.

This contest will help policemen become communicators of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the General Department of Police, importantly contributing to take resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels into the life of each policeman in the unit.
 
The contest was attended by 75 contestants from 15 youth unions of the General Department of Police. Each contestant had 15 seconds to think and write an answer on the board for each question, and they must have answered a total 47 questions from easy, medium to difficult levels.
 
The questions are about the resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, the 6th Party Congress of Central Public Security, the 9th Party Congress Resolution of the General Department of Police, the roles of officials and youth union members in the national construction and protection, and in maintaining public safety and social order.
 
Second Lieutenant Nguyen Thu Trang from the Police Department of High-tech Crime Prevention (PC50) became the winner of "Golden Bell Challenge" contest, thanks to her good performance.
