In the past times, besides the advantages, bus transportation activities also showed many restrictions. In particular, the quality of bus was not really meets the requirements of the people. There were many reflections such as: bus degraded; some drivers, bus service staff speeded along; unclean car hygiene, etc... Vehicles with an average operated time of more than 10 years occupied large quantities.

At the meeting, the bus transport units and related branches had comments on improving the quality of bus. In addition, the industries have given many recommendations to increase passenger bus traffic.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan suggested the relevant units to seriously review the issue to have solutions to rectify in the coming time. Bus transportation units must carry out replacement routes, upgrading their means; to immediately implement the assurance of hygiene and repair of non-quality means.
