To increase traffic regulation to limit traffic jam in the Lunar New Year

ABO - On the morning of February 12, Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee (PPC) Le Van Huong and the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee checked important traffic jams in the province and inspected the works preogress in My Tho city.

Accordingly, the delegation checked the important intersections where traffic jam often happened in the province such as: the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong expressway toll station, Than Cuu Nghia roundabout, Dong Tam intersection and Rach Mieu bridge toll station.

Chairman of the PPPC Le Van Huong requested functional forces to enhance traffic regulation during the Lunar New Year.

Next, the delegation inspected the roads as Tran Ngoc Giai street, Hoang Viet street and Le Van Pham street in My Tho city.

Chairman of the PPC appreciated the efforts of contractors and construction units to soon complete the above roads, creating favorable conditions for people to travel during the Lunar New Year.

In addition, he asked the My Tho city People's Committee to urges contractors to construct unfinished sidewalks at some roads and requested the My Tho city People's Committee to apologize to people for the slow progress of construction.
