According to the Tien Giang provincial Labor Confederation, from 2017 up to now, there were 15 cases of collective stop working in Tien Giang province with more than 13,000 workers and laborers participated. Most of the collective stop workings were due to employee spontaneous labor relations, etc...

At the seminar, representatives of enterprises, local authorities and related sectors contributed their ideas on building a harmonious relationship between workers and enterprises. In addition, there were many suggestions and solutions to avoid labor disputes and collective stop working.

In particular, many companies also frankly stated the cause of the cases of collective stop workings in the company, at the same time, giving the appropriate solution.

Speaking at the seminar, Deputy Head of the Provincial People's Mobilization Committee Huynh Thanh Minh said that in the coming time, branches and localities should work closely together in dealing with labor disputes and collective stop workings. The grassroots trade unions had to enhance their roles, education and propaganda in order to raise the awareness of the industrial working style for employees, towards the collective interests, etc…
