At the conference, vocational education institutions raised difficulties in recruiting and vocational training in each locality. According to the statistics of the Tien Giang education and training sector, the number of students graduated from junior high school but not enrolled in public high school in recent years was 4,000 students. In addition, there were thousands of students graduated from high school but they did not go to college or university, etc…

In order to help students to access suitable jobs, labor export enterprises have reported some problems in recruiting laborers working in countries like Japan, Korea and Malaysia, etc... According to the enterprises, the recruitment of labor export in the country has had low rates but the demand for recruitment is high; the procedures and conditions to meet the job position in comparison with the past are easier, etc ... to open the opportunity to use labor resources effectively.

To do this, Tien Giang province will implement strictly in the spirit of Directive No.10 of the Politburo, by 2020, 30% students graduated from of secondary school will switch to vocational training. At the same time, the scheme and plan to assist fix-timed laborers working abroad in the period 2018-2020 will be effectively implemented.
