President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum reopens from August 16
ABO/VNA – The President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi will reopen for visitors from August 16 after the temporary closure for annual maintenance and renovation in 2018, according to the mausoleum’s Management Board.

In its statement, the board said that the adjacent Monument to Heroic Martyrs will also reopen from the same day.
The sites were closed for annual maintenance and renovation from June 15 to August 15.
The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is an important landmark of Hanoi capital city and stands integrated to the political and social history of Vietnam.
The mausoleum welcomed nearly 51,000 visitors, including 11,500 foreigners during holidays in celebration of the 43rd National Reunification Day (April 30) and International Workers’ Day (May 1) this year.
