This is the second project to be implemented in Vietnam. The first time was implemented in Binh Phuoc province in 2011. In Tien Giang province, the project will be implemented in Thanh Tan commune, Tan Phuoc district, Tien Giang province.

The startup community economic development project in was officially held from August 3 to August 10 with the participation of more than 60 members including lecturers and students of universities of Sweden, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
