Speaking at the meeting, residents of Binh Nhi commune proposed ideas related to many fields such as: To simplify land transaction procedures, people's identity in judicial transactions; to be public the commune level finance, etc… Moreover, people also shared the consensus in building new rural commune, changing the crop structure in the eastern seaboard, environmental protection, traffic safety, etc… to raise the quality of Binh Nhi new rural commune.

Deputy Chairman of the PPC Le Van Nghia acknowledged all proposals of people on solutions for economic development to upgrade the quality of Binh Nhi new rural commune. He answered some questions about the people's questions and asked the concerned branch to gather leaders to study, review and answer people in the earliest time for unanswered questions. Deputy Chairman of the PPC affirmed that 100% of communes and wards in province continue to reform public administrative procedures so that the government machinery at all levels serve people in the best way.
