The technical infrastructure project of the Cai Lay administrative center was started on August 1, 2015 with a total area of 22.17 hectares in Binh Phu commune. The project consists of two main areas: technical infrastructure and working offices of the district Party Committee, the district People's Committee, hall and auxiliary works, with a total investment of VND 486 billion.
