The program of sending Tien Giang young to Japan for working and studying has been co-operated by Tien Giang University, Tien Giang Provincial Youth Union and Esuhai Company since 2016, facilitating young to approach technology, new technology, management thinking and leadership, meeting the development requirements, helping to create jobs for youth.

At the forum, delegates exchanged and discussed the situation of human resources in companies and enterprises in the country in general as well as Tien Giang province in particular. In particular, the start of the youth is still difficult, sometimes just as the idea. Representatives of Esuhai Company introduced and advised young people with aspirations for starting up their businesses but lacking orientation, lacking of experience, lacking of capital, etc.,

They will be recruited to work and study in Japan with basic following industries: automobile engineering; electronic assembly; high-tech agriculture; printing; garment, etc… with income from VND 25-30 million per month, especially supporting stable employment when returning home.

In addition, the Bank for Social Policies of Tien Giang province also advised loan programs to work in Japan for young people in the category of policy families, poor, near poor, demobilized soldiers or people who have not a steady employment. The program aims to increase the rate of trained laborers, having skills in foreign languages and working style industry; especially technical learning, how to manage and build relationships with Japanese partners; financial accumulation back to Vietnam to start-up the development of the homeland,etc…
