ABO - On November 9, the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee (PPC) held a five-year review conference on "The Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, November 9" (referred as the Law Day) and summarized the 2018 "Understanding the Constitution and the law" online contest in Tien Giang. Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the PPC Tran Thanh Duc suggested leaders of provincial departments, unions, leaders of district-level People's Committees, through activities to respond to the Law Day, to re-evaluate achievements and limitations in law enforcement activities of cadres, civil servants and employees in the locality.

At the same time, it is necessary to study and organize a number of specific activities in order to promote law dissemination, education and dissemination in a wide and varied manner in various forms, contributing to building the society "Living and working in accordance with the Constitution and the law".

On this occasion, the PPC awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 12 individuals with excellent achievements in advising and organizing the activities of effectively responding to the Law Day of agencies, units and localities.

In the series of activities to respond to the Law Day, the competition launched from April 2 to October 31, attracting nearly 35,000 participants. Eventually, the Organizing Committee awarded one the first prize, one the second prize, one the third prize and five consolation prizes.
