Chairman of the PPC checks the progress of Tien Giang General Hospital project

ABO - On April 18, Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee (PPC) Le Van Huong checked the progress of implementing the Tien Giang General Hospital project in Phuoc Thanh commune, My Tho city.

According to the Tien Giang province Management Board of Civil and Industrial Construction Investment project, up to now, the works such as leveling the ground, roads, etc... have been implemented by the contractor, reaching more than 70 % volume. It is expected that the ground leveling will be completed by the end of May 2019.

The Management Board of the Provincial Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Projects is currently actively coordinating with contractors as well as departments and the relevant industry to carry out the next steps of the project.

Through checking, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong said that the contractor has fulfilled its commitments and the construction schedule is guaranteed. However, he asked the contractor to pay attention to the quality of the construction as well as ensuring labor safety and hygiene during the construction process.

The project of Tien Giang General Hospital has a scale of about 1,000 sickbeds with a total construction cost of about 2,350 billion VND.
