This is one of activities to respond the Month of food safety 2019 under the theme "Say no to fake food, poor quality food, consumer protection".
The interdisciplinary inspection team unexpected inspected food safety and hygiene at the collective kitchen of the My Tho Garment Import Export Co., Ltd and Tan Binh Garment Materials Import Export Co., Ltd, located on My Tho city, Tien Giang province.
The interdisciplinary inspection team supervised food safety such as: regulations on food safety and business licenses; relevant records; hygiene conditions for facilities, equipment, tools and people; process of processing and preserving products; origin of raw materials, food additives; implementing the sample storage and rapid test procedures to check the cleanliness of dishes, etc... Through inspection, the units have performed well the work of ensuring food safety and at the time of checking, no food safety and hygiene violations detected.
In the Month of food safety 2019, functional departments will strengthen inspection and examination to promptly detect and correct inadequacies and weaknesses in the state management of security food; promptly detecting, preventing and handling violations of food safety, and proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of food safety.
