At the meeting, the supervision delegation summarized the main content of the results of monitoring the situation of issuance of granting land use right certificates, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets for households and individuals in the province; advantages, difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing this work at the grassroots level.

According to the delegation, up to now, the progress of issuing land use right certificates for households and individuals in districts, cities and towns has reached over 99%. In 2019, the Land Registration Office and its branch offices at the district level have made great efforts to resolve outstanding documents. As of August 31, 2019, the dossiers resolved on time and before time they reached 99.7%, overdue as 0.3%.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Pham Anh Tuan highly appreciated the results of the supervision delegation. He also said that the inadequacies that the delegation reflects arising from the main policy mechanism and the resolution should have a roadmap.

At the same time, he requested that sectors, especially the Natural Resources and Environment, cadres and staff in charge of granting land use right certificates, should actively improve their professional skills, scientific methods to meet job requirements, improve satisfaction with the people, etc...
