Deploying institutions of Labor union project

ABO - On February 2, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (Labor Confederation) organized the implementation ceremony of institutions of Labor union project in Tien Giang province.

The project includes works such as multi-purpose building with 2 floors with a capacity of 1,000 seats; constructions for outdoor sports grounds; blocks of high-rise apartment buildings include 12 blocks of 5-storey houses and 2 blocks of 12-storey houses with 998 apartments, creating accommodation for about 6,000 union members, workers and laborers.

Each apartment has an average area of 30 m2 to 45 m2. Many commercial, medical and educational services will be located on the first floor of 5-storey buildings and 12-storey houses; low-rise commercial housing area; green park, etc...

The total investment of the project is more than 677 billion VND. The project is divided into two phases. Phase 1 will deploy the construction of technical infrastructure works and multipurpose home items. It is expected to be completed in 2021.

Phase 2 will complete the housing projects according to the approved plan, construction progress from 2020 and it is expected to be completed in 2023.
