ABO – Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong checked the progress of many projects in the province including Tien Giang General Hospital, the expanding Tien Giang drug detoxification facility -phase 1 and Kinh Xang bridge in Chau Thanh district, on March 12.

According to the Provincial Management Board of civil and industrial construction investment projects, the progress of Tien Giang General Hospital project gets about 30 percent.

Particularly for the main building block, the construction unit has done digging of foundation piles of all kinds, pouring concrete on the basement floor, pouring concrete on the foundation, etc... Items such as service nutrition house block, infectious houses, etc ... also completed mass production of piles, gathering of supplies.

According to the construction unit, the construction site has about 350 workers. It is expected that there will be about 1,000 workers working on the site by December 2020.

* For the project of expanding Tien Giang drug rehabilitation facility- phase 1, the contractor has completed about 30 percent of the work volume. It is expected that the project will be completed and put into use by June 2020.

Particularly for Kinh Xang bridge, the construction progress is currently about 30 percent, the contractor strives to be able to complete and put into operation the works until September 2020.
