In addition, incense offering ceremonies and candle-lighting events will be held at martyrs' cemeteries throughout the country on the evening of July 26 in memory of those who laid down their lives for national independence and liberation.
The plan also revealed the organisation of a live videoconference programme featuring the participation of historical witnesses that will be staged simultaneously in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Dinh, Ha Giang, and Quang Nam provinces, including the launching ceremony of the fund for supporting families of wounded and fallen soldiers.
In celebration of the occasion, gifts will be presented to Vietnamese heroic mothers and national contributors across the country.
