Despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the motto of leaving no poor people behind, Hanoi’s all-level VFF committees have actively mobilised donations for the city’s Fund for the Poor.
Within the framework of the programme, the organising committee performed the ritual to inaugurate 200 great unity houses, worth 10 billion VND, which were built with capital from the Hanoi Fund for the Poor to support needy households.
