President Ho Chi Minh's birth anniversary marked in Mongolia
ABO/NDO- The Vietnamese Embassy in Mongolia and School 14, which is named after President Ho Chi Minh, jointly held a flower-offering ceremony on May 19 on the 133rd birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh.
Despite the cold weather, all participants could feel the warmth of the friendship between the two countries, as well as the Mongolian people’s sentiments towards the late Vietnamese leader.
At the ceremony, Ambassador Doan Khanh Tam recalled the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh and underlined his significant contributions to the Vietnamese revolution and the national liberation movement in the world.

He also emphasised President Ho Chi Minh’s role in laying the foundation for the Vietnam-Mongolia relationship.
The Vietnamese diplomat thanked the school as well as the Mongolian government and people for their affection towards President Ho Chi Minh and the Vietnamese country and people.
For his part, E. Gungaajav, the school principal, expressed the school’s pride in bearing the name of Ho Chi Minh, the symbol of friendship between the two nations.
At the ceremony, delegates also enjoyed arts performances, songs in Vietnamese, paintings and poems in praise of President Ho Chi Minh by the pupils of the school.
