Music gala honours glorious tradition of police force
ABO/NDO- A music gala was held at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square in Hanoi on March 9 under the theme ‘Glorious Vietnamese Police Force’.
The event was among the activities that have been organised by the Ministry of Public Security to mark 77 years of the People's Public Security learning and implementing President Ho Chi Minh's six teachings for the force (March 11, 1948–2025), ahead of the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Force' Traditional Day (August 19, 1945–2025), and the 20th anniversary of the "All people safeguard the Fatherland's security" festival (August 19, 2005–2025).

The gala featured art performances, documentary photos, and touching stories recalling the 80-year history of the Vietnamese police force.
The performances were brought to the stage by popular singers including My Tam, Tung Duong, Soobin Hoang Son, Van Mai Huong, and Duong Hoang Yen.
The event aimed to honour the glorious tradition of the people's public security force and its contributions to maintaining peace for the country while raising national pride, patriotism, and a sense of responsibility among the public in protecting security and order.
