The seminar brought to the audience authentic and emotional stories from historical witnesses who directly participated in and witnessed significant events during the national liberation war, including Major General, People's Armed Forces Hero Dinh The Van, Meritorious Artist, Director Pham Viet Tung, Captain Vu Dang Toan, and Hanoi-based women who joined local militias to aid the defence of the capital city.
According to Bach Lien Huong, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Hanoi, the programme not only served as an opportunity to revisit memorable historical moments but also aimed to help participants, especially the younger generation, gain a deeper understanding of the patriotic tradition and the persistent and unyielding spirit of revolutionary soldiers.
