500 delegates to attend National Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children 2025

ABO/NDO- The ninth National Congress of Uncle Ho’s Good Children 2025 will take place in Hanoi from May 13 to 15 under the theme ‘Vietnamese Children Firmly Enter New Era’.

This was announced at a press conference held in Hanoi on May 6 by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organisation Central Council.

According to the organisers, the event will bring together 500 children with remarkable achievements from cities and provinces nationwide, including 103 children from ethnic minority groups.

The three-day event will include a respect-paying ceremony to President Ho Chi Minh; visits to the Vietnam Military History Museum, Viettel Digital Technology Museum, FPT Group, and AI Centre at Vin University; and presentation of the Kim Dong Award for the 2024-2025 school year.

The National Congress of Uncle Ho’s Good Children is an important event held every five years for Vietnamese children.

The event aims to honour children with outstanding performance in learning, self-improvement and following President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings. It is also meant to demonstrate the Party, the Government, sectors and the entire society’s care for the young generation.
