The Indian ambassador to Vietnam Preeti Saran visits Tien Giang

The Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Tran The Ngoc and leaders of relevant departments have just received the Indian ambassador to Vietnam Preeti Saran to visit Tien Giang.

The Chairman of Provincial People Committee Nguyen Van Khang gave  souvenirs to the Indian ambassador to Vietnam Preeti Saran.

At the meeting, Ngoc introduced to the delegation about the overall situation of Tien Giang as well as the relationship between India and Vietnam in general and in particular Tien Giang. In addition to the relationships in the fields of economics, politics, culture, society, Tien Giang and India also have technical cooperation through training of postgraduate study.

The Chairman of Provincial People Committee Nguyen Van Khang introduced to the Indian Ambassador to Vietnam natural features, the situation of economic development - social of Tien Giang province in recent years. In particular, he also introduced clarity about the development of industry, agriculture and services in the province with a lot of potentials.

Ms Preeti Saran thanked for warmly welcome of Tien Giang leaders. She said that India has more than 200 enterprises to invest in Vietnam. This showed that the favorable and potential investment environment. On the relationship established in recent years, with the nowaday potential advantages, Indian will encourage India businesses to cooperate investment in Tien Giang in the future.
