President offers sympathy over Russian plane accident

President Tran Dai Quang on February 12 sent a message of sympathy to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the airplane accident in Russia on February 11.

The An-148 plane of Saratov Airlines crashed on the way from Moscow to Orsk of the Orenburg region, killing all six crew members and 65 passengers on board.
