Leaders extend congratulations on Japanese Emperor's 85th birthday

ABO/NDO – Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong sent a message of congratulations to Emperor of Japan Akihito on his 85th birthday (December 23, 1933-2018).

On the occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc cabled a congratulatory message to his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended his congratulations to Japan’s Foreign Minister Taro Kono.
