Leaders congratulate India on Independence Day

ABO/NDO – On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of India’s Independence Day (August 15, 1947-2019), Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong put forward his congratulations to Indian President Ram Nath Kovind on Thursday (August 15).

On the same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a message of congratulations to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.

On the occasion, Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent his congratulations to Indian Foreign Minister Subramanyam Jaishankar.
