The Tien Giang provincial People's Procuracy exceeds the set targets

ABO - On January 16, the Tien Giang People's Procuracy organized a conference to implement the task in 2019.

In 2018, the work carried out by the Provincial People's Procuracy exceeded the set targets. Specifically, the People's Procuracy ‘s two levels closely coordinated with the investigating agency to supervise the reception, settlement of denunciations and reports on crimes and petition to prosecute, not to let the news of overdue laws.

The highlight of the task was the criminal arrest rate reached 99.13%, the rate of solving the case at the investigating agency reached 79.49%, the rate of solving the decision at the Procuracy reached 97.89%, the sentence returned to investigate additionally under the prescribed level (4.77%).

The Procuracy’s prosecution ensured the proof, the Court sentenced according to the count and the penalty frame prosecuted by the Procuracy.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee Vo Van Binh praised the achievements of the Provincial People's Committee in the past year. The achievements of the Provincial People's Procuracy greatly contributed to the fight against crime and the protection of legitimate rights and interests of individuals, agencies and units; building a strong and clean judicial agency.

On this occasion, the Supreme People's Procuracy presented the excellent emulation flag of the Supervision sector to the Provincial People's Procuracy and the emulation Flag to lead the block for units under the Provincial People's Procuracy as well as emulation certificate to outstanding individuals.
