Among the localities with high incidence of dengue fever, Cai Be district has the highest rate (488 cases), following by Chau Thanh (403 cases) and My Tho city (330 cases). Particularly in the week from August 12 to August 18, there are 20 communes in 5 districts exceeding the standard curve and there is a risk of dengue fever outbreak as Cai Lay district and Cai Lay town, Cho Gao district, Go Cong town, Tan Phuoc district and Cai Be district.

In addition, there are 17 communes in 6 districts exceeding the standard average. With the current situation of dengue fever, the Tien Giang Center for Disease Control recommends that districts with communes to exceed standard curves and standard averages should monitor and handle regulations properly.
