The Standing Tien Giang provincial People's Committee surveys public lands

ABO - On November 5, the Standing Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) surveyed the public lands in Tan Phuoc and Chau Thanh districts.

The Standing PPC survey the public lands in My Phuoc commune, Tan Phuoc district.

Accordingly, the Standing PPC surveyed the public lands in Tan Lap 1, Tan Phuoc district. Previously, this land planned as market and the quarter of Tan Lap Market 1 with an area of 7.84 hectares.

This site considered as a very potentially as well as favorable location because it located in front of the Long Giang Industrial Park, adjacent to the Provincial road 866B and Provincial road 878. The province has calculated the ways to call for investment.

 

Next, the Standing PPC surveyed the public land in My Phuoc commune, Tan Phuoc district, which rented by the Tien Giang Vegetable and Fruits Joint Stock Company with a total area of 265 hectares.
Accordingly, 244 hectares will be fixed –timed rented by the Tien Giang Vegetable and Fruit Company by 2021 and 21 hectares by 2035.

On the survey, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong directed the related units to review the area’s need for the project of the Tien Giang Vegetable and Fruit Joint Stock Company needing much area.

For public land in Vinh Kim Commune, Chau Thanh District, formerly under the management of Chau Thanh district armed force, it has now been recovered by the province.

Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong asked the Inspectorate of the Tien Giang Department of Natural Resources and Environment to set up an inspection team within 15 days and take measures to force the cases of land lease and use within the shortest time. The rental fees from now will belong to the state budget.

 

Prior to that, the Permanent PPC worked at Tien Giang University in Long An commune, Chau Thanh district.

 

The facility has an area of about 1.3 hectares and Faculty of Agricultural Engineering and Food Technology is operating here. The province is planning to recover this land to attract investment.

Accordingly, the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering and Food Technology will be transferred to Than Cuu Nghia commune, Chau Thanh district.

 

At the meeting, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Le Van Huong asked the relevant units to speed up the ground clearance work at Tien Giang University (Than Cuu Nghia establishment); at the same time, to effectively exploit the rooms and facilities of this establishment.
