ABO – Deputies of the Tien Giang provincial National Assembly delegation including Ta Minh Tam and Le Quang Tri discussed the draft revisions of the Law on Architecture and the Law on Execution of Criminal judgments at the ongoing seventh session in Hanoi.

* For the Law on Execution of Criminal judgments project, NA deputy Ta Minh Tam basically agreed with the report on explanation, absorbing and revising the draft revision of the Law on Execution of Criminal judgments of the NA Standing Committee; at the same time, contributing a number of ideas to contribute to finalizing the draft Law, namely: One, on the tasks and powers of the commune-level People's Committees in judgment execution (Article 19); Two, about community reintegration (Article 45); Three, on the issue of community integration of subjects subject to penalties not isolated from society such as suspended sentence, warning sentence, non-custodial reform, etc...
