2,981 laborers consulted job in the first two months

ABO - According to the Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee, in the first two months of 2019, there were 2,981 laborers were consulted job including 865 laborers in February. There were 387 laborers got job; in which 212 laborers got stable jobs, 265 laborers were consulted for working abroad under contract.

Besides, the province helped over 618 laid-off workers to receive unemployment benefits with a total payment of over 7.82 billion VND.

In the coming time, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs will continue to provide consultancy and guidance on the implementation of labor legislation to laborers and employers; to regularly coordinate with the propagation and dissemination of labor legislation.
