NA Chairwoman commemorates former Party, State leaders

ABO/NDO – The National Assembly Chairwoman offered incense to commemorate former Party and State leaders through different periods at their families’ homes in Ho Chi Minh City, on January 25, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival in 2019.

The senior legislator visited the families of former Party General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, former Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet, former Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung and former acting State President and former NA Chairman, Nguyen Huu Tho.

She conveyed her regards and wished the former leaders’ relatives good health and happiness in the New Year.
